I did not receive the package(Undelivered, Lost, Stolen) What do i do?
Once we send the item with tracking number, it is solely up to carrier. You must check with your local post office for delivery failure.
Our responsibility is to send the ordered items within 1~3 business day with tracking number. Anything beyond, we can't be responsible.
Package was not delivered/will not be delivered on time! What do I do?
We can guarantee our production time that is within 1~3 business day, usually sooner, but we can NOT guarantee the delivery time.
It is solely up to carrier. Once we sent our item via USPS with tracking number, it is out of our control. You must check with your local post office with the tracking number.
Although USPS guarantees the delivery most of the time, always keep in mind that there is a chance of delivery gets delayed due to various reasons ( holiday seasons, system issue, etc)
Will my order arrive on time during holidays??
USPS is extremely busy during the holiday season, so there is very high chance that your order won't be delivered on time. Please order at least 2~3 weeks ahead to prevent late delivery as shipping time is not guaranteed.
